the concept behind the label
The concept of Odessos wine labels is reminiscent of the Japanese art of Kintsugi - multi-colored pieces connected by golden lines.
Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese technique for restoring broken pottery and literally means "joining with gold". When using this technique, the gold solder between the pieces is quite clearly visible. The idea is that each object carries its own history, which should not be ignored just because it was broken.
