The soil is sandy-clay carbonates. The exposure is Southeast. Altitude – 90 m.
Technology:
The grapes are picked by hand in small boxes and transported to the winery.
The cooled grapes are manually sorted, crushed, and gently pressed at low pressure. The finest must is cold-settled and racked for alcoholic fermentation. The temperature of alcoholic fermentation is controlled at 11-15°°С.
