wine specificsTasting notes

The aroma of Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is concentrated in the direction of fresh tropical fruit - mango, supported by a sense of limestone and hinted green nettle. Tight middle body with well-emphasized minerality and inviting acids.

wine specificsCombining with food

It goes well with delicate cheeses such as brie, mozzarella and ricotta or with fresher and saltier cheeses such as feta or goat cheese. Fish, seafood, crustaceans, white meats and green salads are also suitable additions.
