The vineyards are 12 years old, located at the foot of the Provadian Surta Plateau.
The soils are limestone – sandy, the exhibition is southwest.
Technology:
The grapes are hand-picked in small boxes and transported in a refrigerated truck.
The chilled grapes are sorted manually, crushed and drained with minimal contact with the grape skins to achieve the desired color.
The alcoholic fermentation temperature is controlled within the range of 15 -17°C.

Rose 2021 has a distinct profile of red fruits - wild strawberry dipped in cream and white cherry. Light, juicy body with a fresh attack, confirming the red fruits of the aroma.
It is successfully combined with different cheeses both more delicate (brie, mozzarella, roasted camembert, etc.) as well as with cheeses with a sharply expressed taste (gorgonzola, roquefort, blue cheese). Sushi, piccadilly foods, grilled fish, seafood, crustaceans, chicken, pasta, salads with red fruits are also an appropriate addition.
