The vineyards are 13 years old, located between the foot of Venchansko Kale and the Zlatina River.
The soils are sandy-clay carbonates. The exposure is southeast. Altitude - 90 m.
The grapes are hand-picked in small boxes and transported in a refrigerated truck.
The cooled grapes are sorted by hand, crushed and pressed.
The temperature of the alcoholic fermentation is controlled 11-15°С .
Alcohol – 12 %
Titrated acids – 7.6 g/l
pH – 2.90
Residual sugars 1 g/l
Wine matures for 3 months on fine lees and 1 year in a bottle.
Wines have minimal processing. Noble sediment is possible.

Riesling 2020 has an intense and varietal nose with notes of petrol, lime and beeswax. Light to medium body with excellent freshness and elegant finish.

It goes well with spicy dishes, including Asian cuisine. Fatty meats - duck, bacon and soft cheeses such as brie, mascarpone, mozzarella and ricotta. Fish, seafood and crustaceans are also a great addition.
