Aroma and taste
Cabernet Franc claret from vineyards near Vetrino is loaded with intense fruit aromas, the pyrazine character complementing the purely varietal nose. Elegant, medium body with soft tannins and fresh acidity. An interesting and unconventional reading of the Cabernet Franc variety from the Northern Black Sea region.
Combining with food
It goes well with Black Sea fish, seafood, crustaceans, white meats, sausages and soft cheeses.

the concept behind the labelKintsugi
The concept of Odessos cellar labels is reminiscent of the Japanese art of Kintsugi - multi-colored pieces connected by golden lines.
Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese technique for restoring broken ceramics and literally means "bonding with gold". When using this technique, the solder between the pieces is quite clearly visible. The idea is that each object carries its own history, which should not be ignored just because it was broken.
